On Saturday Naomi had her first basketball game. She's never played before. Her team only had two "practices" before their game during which there was no explanation of rules, objective or expectations except to "go out there and have fun." I was shocked to watch Naomi go out on the court and start dribbling, blocking and shooting like she's been playing organized ball for years. She made her first shot and scored the first points of the season. This picture is right after she scored. She was SO happy! I was pretty excited too :)
